My approach is person-centred, which means you lead the way. I don’t tell you what to do or offer quick fixes, instead, I listen, support, and walk alongside you as we explore your experiences together.

Whether you prefer meeting in person, connecting online, speaking over the phone, or even exploring therapy outdoors, there’s an option to suit you. This flexibility ensures that everyone can find a way to receive the support they need, in a way that fits comfortably around their life

There’s something reassuring about sitting down together in a calm, confidential space. In-person counselling in Manchester gives you the chance to be heard, reflect, and explore what matters most to you. At your pace, in your space.
Online/phone
You don’t need to travel or rearrange your day to prioritise your wellbeing. Online and telephone counselling gives you a calm, confidential space to explore your thoughts and emotions from wherever feels safe.
Walk & Talk
Step outside and explore your thoughts in a calm, natural setting. Walking together helps reduce stress, clear your mind, and reconnect with yourself. The body and mind moving forward together.
Couples
Couples counselling provides a safe and supportive space to explore your relationship, improve communication, and work through challenges together. Available in person or online.
